Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Revenue Generation

    • Identify and engage potential clients within assigned territories.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

    • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  2. Client Management

    • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions/products.

    • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches.

    • Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.

  3. Sales Strategy & Planning

    • Maintain a sales pipeline using CRM software.

    • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify sales opportunities.

  4. Order & Contract Management

    • Prepare quotations, contracts, and agreements.

    • Ensure timely processing of orders and follow-up on delivery schedules.

  5. Market Research & Feedback

    • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

    • Provide feedback to the company on product improvements or market opportunities.
