Insurance Portfolio Management
Oversee all types of corporate insurance policies, including property, liability, and employee benefits.
Procure insurance policies with adequate coverage at optimal costs.
Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies to maintain continuous coverage.
Address internal customer expectations regarding service quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Claims Management
Manage and process insurance claims, with a focus on Property Damage and Business Interruption (PDBI) claims.
Coordinate with insurers, surveyors, and third-party administrators (TPAs) to facilitate prompt and fair claim settlements.
Review and analyze claim data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation
Identify and evaluate potential risks to the organization.
Recommend appropriate insurance clauses and policy wordings to mitigate identified risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for insurance requirements.
Compliance and Auditing
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to insurance.
Conduct internal and external audits to verify adherence to insurance processes and standards.
Implement best practices as per company guidelines to maintain high standards of insurance management.
Stakeholder Communication and Training
Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance-related queries within the organization.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to educate colleagues about insurance coverages and claims processes.
Maintain effective communication with insurers, brokers, and other external parties.
