Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Growth

    • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets in the assigned area.

    • Develop new business opportunities and expand market share.

    • Implement promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches.

  • Team Management

    • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives or field staff.

    • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure productivity.

    • Drive motivation and engagement to achieve business goals.

  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Maintain strong relationships with key customers (e.g., doctors, hospitals, distributors, or retailers).

    • Address customer needs, complaints, and feedback promptly.

    • Work closely with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in healthcare or business influencers in FMCG.

  • Operations & Compliance

    • Ensure smooth supply chain operations (inventory, logistics, distributor coordination).

    • Monitor stock levels, product returns, and timely collections.

    • Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance guidelines.

  • Market & Competitor Insights

    • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

    • Provide insights to senior management for strategy development.

    • Identify potential growth areas and suggest innovative business approaches.

  • Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

    • Analyze area sales data to optimize resources and strategies.

    • Collaborate with regional and national leadership on business planning.
