Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, and vouchers.
Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses).
Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and inter-branch accounts.
Billing & Taxation
Prepare GST invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Support in filing monthly/quarterly tax returns.
Store / Branch Support
Handle daily cash and card reconciliation with sales team.
Verify gold/jewellery purchase vouchers and vendor payments.
Ensure stock and accounts are in sync with inventory software.
Audit & Reporting
Prepare MIS reports for management (daily sales, expenses, outstanding).
Assist in internal & statutory audits.
Maintain accurate financial records as per company SOP.
Team & Process Compliance
Coordinate with Store Manager and Head Office Finance team.
Follow company accounting policies & confidentiality standards.
Support year-end closing and financial statements.
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in accounting, preferably retail/jewellery sector.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / MS Excel.
Familiarity with GST, TDS, PF, ESI.
Soft Skills:
Accuracy & attention to detail.
Good communication & reporting skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.
