Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value corporate, institutional, or retail clients.
Handle client queries, escalations, and ensure quick resolution of issues.
Service Delivery
Ensure seamless execution of banking services (payments, trade finance, treasury, account services, etc.).
Monitor transactions and service quality to deliver excellent client experience.
