Job Description

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    Maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide suitable logistics or business solutions.

    Identify opportunities to sell additional services or expand business with existing customers.

    Work closely with operations, billing, and customer service teams to ensure timely service delivery.

    Prepare account performance reports, client feedback summaries, and revenue updates.

    Ensure high levels of satisfaction and renew contracts or service agreements.
